This is a great girls dress for the early 1800’s through the westward expansion and settling of the west and even beyond. Girls wore pinafores over their dresses to keep them clean longer so they could remove the pinafore for Sunday for example. This girls style dress can be made with or without sleeve cap ruffles. The photo show has been sold but many other fabrics are available.
