Description
This pattern is multi sized containing 6 3/4th inch, 6 7/8th inch, 7 inch, 7 1/8th inch and 7 1/4 inch hat sizes. This is a buckram hat frame covered with fabric. It has a tapered crown and narrow brim. It perches lightly on top of th head, slightly forward , and held in place with hat pins.
Four crown heights allow for a wide variety of styles. Made with millinery wire, the hat is very durable and holds a good shape. The pattern provides directions for one method of covereing the frame during makeup. There are many ways to cover a hat frame, however. You can experiment with fabrics and folds and get a really professional look.
